You are purchasing a tested, fully functional Tektronix Digital Multimeter, a set of leads, and a power cable for the device. These were tested using a lab bench power supply and shown to be functional. The color of the exterior is fadedfrom age and there are large letters EET visible on the case. These will be shipped in a fully bubble padded first-use box for added protection.
