It is the collector limited edition released by Umbrella of which 1000 were made. This is # 248 so a low number in production.
It comes with a 48 page booklet, two slip cases (one rigid and the the other a none rigid art slipcase), art cards, a poster, and a clear blu ray case with the Region B blu ray disc.
The item appears to have small amounts of ware such as small tears in the plastic which did not affect the case. Other small forms of ware might be present such as nicks and dents. Please look at all the photos to fully judge its condition. It is sold as is.
